What can you do? You sacrifice integrity for a catchy piece of phrasework. But if we're being honest, a stitch in time saves three or four on a really good day. It doesn't sound as good without the rhyme, of course, but I'm here to clear things up a little. I'm going to write a book about it one day. 'Popular Misconceptions About Time.' Number one: that flying thing. It's more like gliding, really -- like those squirrels do. Time does have wings. But for flying, it's a little bottom heavy.

September 09, 2009
First page of the comic is up! I have yet to add a new section for it on this site, but I'll get around to it eventually. For now you can visit my deviantART page and see it here. PS: Happy Birthday Nine! e&

August 17, 2009
Alright, so here's the scoop: Pie-IX has been in a state of limbo for a long time now. This is partly due to indecisiveness and other turbulent forces of nature. Jaida is also extremely busy now that she has two published novels with Danielle, so I've taken it upon myself to inject life back into Pie-IX.

Firstly, it's not going to be in the same format. I'm taking the obvious route and turning it into a comic. However, as those of you who have read the first part will realize, this is not an easy transition. The current story of Pie-IX is filled with a lot of "inner-thoughts" that build the characters which needs to be translated into a comic not a particularly easy task. So it's inevitably getting a huge make-over, one that will become more apparent as the story progresses.

Secondly, I've never done a comic before. I'm going to try my hardest to present the story in the best way possible, so I appreciate your support and feedback. I'm also lacking my writer and will have to tackle this on my own. Please have faith in me! ;_; I probably don't have to announce the date I plan on getting this project up and running. If you're clever you'll figure it out. :)

And lastly, it also occurs to me that it may be a good idea to resurrect the old LiveJournal community to keep tabs on things. More on that to come!

April 12, 2009
New site, up! Much thanks to J.Tabangcura for designing the site.
As a bit of redemption for my lack of updates, I've added a snippet of the story from part 2, which can be found under STORY.
